Turner who has been in the CMV arena for nearly 40-years and has inspected CMVs for both crash causation and/or contributing factors well over 1,000 times; has personally responded to well over 1,000 CMV crashes, and over 200 Cargo Tank crashes and/or incidents. Scott’s spent his early career operating of Class 8 CMVs in commerce; and is Level 1 FMCSA-MCSAP enforcement trained inspector in addition to many other certifications such as Truck Foundation Air-Brake Failure, FMCSA-MCSAP Motorcoach Inspections, FMCSA-PHMSA Haz-Mat Inspections, and Cargo-Tank Inspections. All of Turner’s colleagues are trained and/or experienced in similar manners but each bring something extra to each case that we agree as to being retained on.
